.::Bug Reporting Guidelines::.

So you are playing the game and all of a sudden some NPC is speaking to you in gibberish, or your game crashes for no explained reason at the same spot, or any number of other things that should not happen but somehow does happen. You may have encountered a bug with the game. DO NOT throw your phone out the window, simply report it via Contact Us.

If you still believe you are experiencing a unique bug, then please Contact Us using the below format, then post it here for the rest of the community to be aware of the problem.

Remember you need to be as detailed as possible while staying on topic. Need to know how to take a screenshot? Hold down the power button and the only other button on your iPhone/iTouch/iPad/etc.! You will see a flash on the screen if done correctly. Screenshots will be located in your Photos tab, and any photo can be emailed.

2) Scroll down.
3) Look under Points Rescue.

Observed Result:
No free pirate?! What?!

It seems as though that the records of a brawl defense againist a player does not accurately list the stats one had in that battle. Rather, it lists your CURRENT stats as opposed as what you had back then.

well just finish warriors story so far but when i switched to magic story i can't do any story no more now can only just brawl

My storyline kept repeating itself when I was on chapters 5-7 so I tried uninstalling the game and re-installing the game. I was able to log back in successfully, but when I clicked "play", it told me to enter a name for my character like my account never existed. I tried entering the name of the account I was just playing, and it said that the name was already taken. I just bought gold for that account too. What a waste.

same thing to me tried to fix my story thing so thought to re install it when i did asked me to make a new character and now all that time getting my guild to rank 5 in the ranking was a waste... hope there's someway to get my character back for my guild mates don't get mad that there leader can't play

Seems like our stamina isn't recovering?

Edit: Never mind it's just recovering really slowly it seems. That or it was recently fixed.

On my game, the voices are not working.

The voices doesn't seem to work on my either, wondering if something's wrong

3. Open a Pirate, and click on Play Voice

Observed Result:
Nothing happens when you click Play Voice
