Title says it all, will there be any IP blocking. For example can I play from Europe. Read alot about it being a NA release so im wondering.

Should be available, if not for all, then most of europe.
Since (as far as i know) the rest of Aeria's games all are available in Europe too, then why wouldn't this one be, right?

Yes, Aeria does not IP block as stated above. If you can install the game on your computer and have internet, you can play. ^-^

i think all aeria games is global or europe. i dont know maybe is

Im from the Philippines, Aeria has already blocked IP's in certain countries to prevent the so called "lag kills". their loss i guess.
