We have tracked and submitted your account names to our engineering team. However, we received a number of names that did not register as an ijji account.
If you are STILL missing your game data after merging your Ijji account with your Aeria account at ijji.com, PLEASE submit a ticket using

You will need to provide your
Ijji account name and your
Aeria account name.
*Please note account name refers to your LOGIN ID, not your character's name.
