we need more Lucky Charms

I want level 40-45 vanity gear (Shaige / Greengol)!

Might as well bring these back to the game as you seem to be nerfing most other vanity items

This November EOM put PLH promotion for 10k AP each.

Also maybe put up a Faction Change Scroll with gear and all Lapis links/Ojs/Enchants for 30k AP
