I recently purchased $50.00 of AP. I bought this because of the sale they were having where you would obtain 50% when you purchased AP. Not only did I receive 20%, but they tried to tell me that not 'all' deals gave 50%. Even on the purchase screen it clearly said 50%. This is the last time you screw me Aeria. Very dissatisfied.

I do not understand why you couldn't just screenshot the page and then calmly send in a ticket to billing stating the matter where it clearly shows that instead of posting about it in the forums. Also with the tone of this message I think this should rather be put in the rants and raves section of the forums not here.

when Aeria has a 50% sale they say "“Up to 50%” bonus cash sale!"
up to means not all dollar amounts will get 50%.
and if you look at the red numbers next to each option it says how much of a bonus you will get, and I saw it said 20% next to the $50 option. here is a screenshot.




if you really think it said 50% next to the $50 option, then you would need a screenshot for proof because I saw it say 20% next to $50. I only saw 50% next to the top dollar amount.

Well, the advertisement clearly said 50% on ap purchases. There is the first screw up. Second, when I first went and bought it, next to paypal, it said 50%.

when you go to the buy AP page, look at the part I have circle in this screenshot.


do you see it says "Save Up To"?

they always list the max % bonus on that page.
to see how much bonus you will get with each dollar amount you have to choose your payment option and click proceed. then look at the red numbers in the "You Save" column in my screenshot in my previous reply.

do you remember where you saw the advertisement for 50% bonus on ap purchases?
the one I saw said up to 50%. but they do advertise it in multiple forums so you probably saw a different ad than I saw.

you could show billing that the ad you saw did not say up to 50%, but you would have to give them a link to the post or a screenshot of the ad.

If you can find the place where it said "50%" bonus AP deal and excluded the "up to" part, please let our billing team know. They will be happy to not only give you the bonus, but correct the advertisement.
