can u with haste 2 hold someone in stun with it ? or does it even help that stun from it ? any video with it would be nice to see if possible hold cosue i think its not worth cosue 900mp lol

It's not really 100% stun, imo. Depends if you lag too, but sometimes you notice it sometimes you don't.

I tested it in arena, where a friend ran around and I sturn shot him, didn't have much of an affect.

But when dueling another ranger, I got hit with sturn, got stunned but that was enough time for him to cast another and kill.
