I'm on recommended but that doesn't mean anything. It acts differently from PC to PC. Also, some lag issues can come from the ''other side'', if you know what I mean.

Not just for this game. On lot of games now-a-days, I barely break the 15FPS limit on minimum settings.

I'm very disappointed to hear that the Sentinel class will be modified. It sounds like TERA all over again. Without knowing any specifics, it would be a terrible shame to make the Sentinel the one Prude class, decked out in bloomers and boxer shorts.
