He was trying to be cheap as usual one day and tried to stick his hand into the vending machine to grab a Coke (not a Diet Coke, he didn't feel like he needed to watch his weight because he'd been going to the gym regularly and eating well, other than the Greggs sausage rolls). The vending machine toppled over and crushed him, leaving nothing but a Diet Coke in his hand all dramatic in the corner of the camera shot with some violin music playing.
