Then it's my ISP that isn't helping matters. I tend to get about 140 ping to montreal in pingtester, as I have posted. Might need to look into it, but I think it's out of my hand at this stage of my life. Oh well, I'm tyring to learn to work with the lag I have, since it's pretty awful.

And you may want to put this in perspective. I am not trying be a downer but it may not be worth it to put that much effort into this game given the condition it is in now.

1. Lag is a problem for everyone.
2. Server instability - Everyone crashing all over the place.
3. Distance to the server which is often a bigger factor than alot of people wanna say (as some don't understand how the **** the Internet works).
4. Game isn't suited for International audience (given the horrible net-code to compensate for the lag).

I will never get how business works then. Seems it's much better to split this game up into multiple regions, due to how lag is handled in the game.

Also, got 140MS+, which isn't helping. Really wish I knew if my parents could upgrade the bandwidth, or not.

By the way, I will still play. It's hard for me to even keep this game out of my head atm.

Also, ran another test, and it's about the same. Note that I couldn't test packet loss, but I know that on other tests, there was none:

You and me both. Though I don't think a region system will ever be implemented seeing as Aeria is too cheap for that. You can already tell this by the amount of "new" games they seem to get out under their names and half of them fail.

To boot they (nor Koei for that matter) didn't really plan out how this game would go (sure the shallow stuff but very few bug-fixes many issues and etc).

There's already multiple regions. Japan has their server, CN and TW have theirs. Then there's EN to keep all the laggy **** out of JP and the other servers. Regions!

This is why I don't play DWO

That was me. I didn't get why they didn't section off america and europe, but that's life I guess.

Still, enjoying this. I wanna know which factions you guys are on, klaven and hunting. And this thread can be left in peace.
