Sniper Manual III?

I was just wondering what the Sniper Field Manual 3 did. Since it looks like aeria just took it from JAVA and put it through google translate. It says "Sniper Rifle is aiming to reduce the scope for a greater range". Which, at least to me, makes 0 sense.

and indeed it does sound like they just google translated it from JAVA. They don't even bother making sense of what it says for a company who's HQ is situated in Cali.

for me it seems to improve the moveshot with asw, don't really know how it was before i bought it, but it seems pretty decent after

it improves accuracy and moveshot for all sniper rifles. Try it with DSR-1 and long range barrel, almost no more instability bar and perfect accuracy.
