everytime i log in my char i cant play because of the server error ... pls anyone help me with this...

Hello! Please try to run an antivirus scan. It may be that you've downloaded something that could be triggering the anti-bot program that EE has. If that doesn't work, please try running a tracert to see how good your connection is to the servers.

If you could post a screenshot of it, it would be lovely :3. But from what I'm seeing, your pings are quite slow and anything over 300 ms causes disconnections. Also, seeing as how you're from Asia, you're quite far from the servers. The servers are in Montreal, Canada, so that could be causing the disconnections.
