I just updated my game for the first time in 3 months. So far, I have experienced nothing but FPS lag. Is there a fix for it? I doubt its my computer.

It's more than likely down to a faulty patch applied in the October Update. A lot of people have this problem and the SF team are currently working hard with Dragonfly to fix the problem.
