I had the problem for a while now, I finally logged out of the Aeria Ignite itself. Once I relogged the game ran on the first try.

I'm still getting the problem.

I have to same problem too. Also I think CXReporter is down because whenever I try to submit... it tells me "connection failure" even though my internet is running great.

Well the problem is still an on-going problem within Closed Beta. It will be fixed ASAP and will definitely be fixed for commercial release.

Until then sit tight or you might want to create a new account, new accounts can usually start the game just fine.
