It's been happening a lot lately. Either a GM is secretly playing AVA and getting pissed when he/she gets owned or they're believing videos/screenshots that don't show everything.

People are calling me a UAV hacker in escort games now because I camp corners with a sniper rifle. They never notice the shots I miss, only the ones that kill them. They must work for Aeria.

and you won't be able to see any evidence against you. I've tried asking.

They are based on all videos and screens given buy players and analyzed by our

So if you're owning newbies, you're at a high risk if they're recording.  

A ticket might(has) result in:

"A permanent ban has been placed on your account because it was determined that you have either used third party software in order to hack or you have exploited an in-game exploit. We do not go light on hackers or any type of exploit use of any kind and for that reason the ban placed on your account will not be removed. If you have any further questions about the status of your account and the reason why it was banned, please review our Terms of Service found on the Aeria Games website before posting your question."

An appeal system that doesn't allow appeals. I've written an entire essay trying to defend myself against any hack accusations. It included multiple screenshots showing "camp spots" that I often use and a video showing a namechange hacker that I recently played against in case the "evidence" was actually showing the hacker doing all the dirty work.

If there was something that could've helped my appeal even the slightest or you know of a GM that will personally go through the ban evidence + my defending arguments, I'd love to hear it.

I'd personally devote my time to talk them through and explain anything that might seem suspicious.  

A question for everyone. Have you Ever, i mean like Ever-Ever seen CptHardcore hacking?
If then would like to see a screenshot or video of it.

I got banned 20-25 minutes ago, and im Extremely pissed, since i've never hacked, i havent even bugged anything-anywhere, never used any gameplay-enhancing soft/hardware,
i have been in the lines of ToS at all times, and now i get banned?

There are hundreds of hackers around there, and you're banning me for 'hacking' ?
