My crystals were never given to me !

i bought the4k crystal package and nothing! but ap was taken out!

Did you already try relogging in and out of the game? Sometimes that seems to fix the issue if u cant see it.

please send a ticket to the aeria billing team be mindful that this process can take up to 24-48 hours.

the billing team deal with all games not just crystal saga so please be aware that it could take longer if after 48 hours pass and u still have herd nothign contact a gs and they will gladly forward your ticket onto a GM.


to send a ticket

1. log into aeria site
2. go to support
3. go to contact us
4. go to game support
5. fill out form and submit

P.S Remeber to include all the detail's as this will speed up the process

I did do that I made two tickets and its still unopened

As i said previously the billing team deal with all games not just crystal saga and this does from time to time cause delays, A GS can pass ur ticket number to a GM.

also in future please omly send one ticket as this can cause confusion and possibly delay a response

Billing can take up to 72 hours. IF it has been over 72 hours and you have not received a response, please PM a Game Sage here on the forums and they will gladly give your RT # to a GM to Forward. Smile

There is also no need to send in Multiple tickets for the same issue. Please be patient, i know its frustrating, but the more tickets you send in, the slower the response more likely. When it comes to replies, only send in a reply if you have any additional information or any questions.
