I did do that I made two tickets and its still unopened
Billing can take up to 72 hours. IF it has been over 72 hours and you have not received a response, please PM a Game Sage here on the forums and they will gladly give your RT # to a GM to Forward.
There is also no need to send in Multiple tickets for the same issue. Please be patient, i know its frustrating, but the more tickets you send in, the slower the response more likely. When it comes to replies, only send in a reply if you have any additional information or any questions.
