Click your AP and go to your billing page, does it tell you your AP has been suspended? If it does, you'll have to send in a Billing Ticket to get your issue resolved.  


Seeing how I've gotten the same exact copy/paste email twice in a row after detailing my problem and providing screenshot evidence that aeria points the night of New years eve were screwed up because of a website malfunction isn't "excellent customer service" nor is it feasible for your company to keep making money with the chargebacks happening because of it.

My ap says -1 error but i have never actually bought ap, i have only used redeem codes years ago and now i can't use them again any help? Sad

As it says you still need to send in a billing ticket.

File the ticket as you normally would and put N/A for transaction number.

Be sure to remember that billing tickets may take up to at most 72 hours to receive a response.

Not very comforting when its saturday morning and your al excited and need your ap fast and badly and instead u get a silly "Error" X.X veeeery frustrating, especially if I dont even get the ap this weekend and loose out on the spender tier then something WILL get smashed. Imo if paypal accepts my money then so should Aeria, and if not, if aeria wanna be overly safety focused then 2-3 days waiting wont do, there should be someone free to deal with it as it comes in. Think of it as your buying a pack of cigaretts in the store and the clerk goes nah.. your coins look abit.. idk... a little weird. Ill keep your coins, and come back in 3 days and maybe you can get your cigaretts. And the worst thing about being online is that u cant punch the clerk in the face! Im just joking here but yea.. its alittle annoying >.<

You may have missed this part in the post:

 
If you miss a promotion due to a billing error you can send a Missed Promotion ticket and you will receive the item(s) or something similar. www.aeriagames.com/contact  


It's certainly annoying to not be able to spend your ap right away, but as said in the post, it doesn't mean PayPal has accepted your money. It just shows a transaction has begun. An error can be because of any of the previously mentioned reasons, and some that aren't mentioned. If, say, you used a credit card at that store, and it was declined because it was expired, or you put the pin in wrong, would you get the smokes anyway? No, you'd have to provide another form of payment, or fix that card, or whatever. Same logic applies here.
