AP prize is gone

I won AP prize from this event and I read it once in my inbox. Now I came back and the message is gone. I haven't topped it up yet.
My Inbox says "No messages".

I could be wrong, but I believe messages are deleted after 30 days.

Send in a ticket, thats ur best bet.

i think that's a very stupid policy.
I hope CM/GM can read this and resend instead.
