I have not played this game for the past 2 or 3 years ,and now everything seems a little different. When I played the max you should lvl a pony to is lvl 38 and then mount it ,and then lvl a pet to lvl 60. Have things changed? I hear that I can lvl a pet to lvl 160 is this true? Should I increase the lvl of my pony to 60 and then mount? All answers are much appreciated.

P1 pets are basically the same.

I dont know if P1 pet goes further than level 60.
You can mount your P1 pet at 31+.
There is no special/new skills, P1 pet is the same as before. So, no. you shouldn't mount your pony at level 60.

P2 pets are new to game (couple years new) and their max level is 165 as far i have seen. They evolves at level 50. (can be higher but waste of time.) The pets got 3 evo's like in pokemon. some can't evo at all, e.g diesel.
