When I try to install ignite i get an error message telling me that another copy is already installing and that I should wait for that one to complete before installing this one. The only problem with that is there is NEVER another copy installing. How do I get this Ignite to install on my PC?

Restart you PC and try to install ignite after that.
if the same problem occurs, go to your local disc - aeriagames.

if theres other folders than the games of aeriagames //Downloads,etc// delete them.
If this still don't work, check your processor and check if any igniteis running in the background. fail-install occurs, rarely but check anyways.
