So you want to level your monsters skill, but you're unsure of how to go about doing it or what rules apply. I'm going to take you through a comprehensive break down of what it is and how it works through a series of FAQ
FAQ #1 How do I level my monsters skill?
Answer: Leveling the skill itself is actually quite a daunting process, as it requires multiple monsters with the same skill as your base monster, making it near impossible to level some monsters who's skills are unique to their card alone. These are the basic steps you must follow:
-Start with your base, in this example it will be tutankhamen+, who shares the walking dead ability with both another N(Glampire) and R(Gravekeeper)
- Normal fuse your base(Tut+) with your catalyst(Glampire/GK) while both are at skill lvl 1, your monster skill lvl will then increase to 2.
- Take two glampire/GK and normal fuse them to receive skill lvl 2. Take this monster and fuse it with your base, to receive skill lvl 3.
-Take two glampire/GK and normal fuse them, then take two more and normal fuse them. You will now have two monsters with skill level 2, fuse them to receive a monster with skill lvl 3. Normal fuse this with your base monster to receive skill lvl 4.
-Continue process until monster has reached the desired level.
FAQ#2 Does skill level increase effect the power of the skill?
Answer: Currently, a higher skill level does not increase the actual base stats of the skill itself. A 30% buff will remain constant at 30% regardless of level.
FAQ#3 what does skill level do?
Answer: For each new skill level you obtain, the chances of your monster activating its specific skill go up exponentially. A monster with lvl 4 spiritual Gale will see its skill activate on a more regular basis then that of a monster with skill lvl 1.
FAQ#4 Is there a way to go up more than one skill level at a time?
Answer: Currently there is not. A monster must share the exact skill level as its catalyst, a lvl 4 would not increase a lvl 1 to 3.
FAQ#4 How many monsters do I need to gain each skill level?
The list is as follows. First number being the level, second being the number required to obtain the given level:
2=1
3=2
4=4
5=8
6=16
7=32
8=64
9=128
10=256
