Character lost since 20th september.

Character lost
I lost my character in Monster Paradise for over a week and reported through
tickets, emails and facebook page. All the responses I got from Aeriagames / Aeriamobile
are vague answers like they're trying to solve it.

Here goes, after the patch on 17th or 18th september on the Soulstone patch
ever since that update, everytime I login my character it shows the pagw where
you're woken up from bed to choose a new character. However after I force close
Monster Paradise everytime, my Level 49 character comes back as normal.
But on 20th / 21st september, I suddenly see my Level49 character named Aozora,
turn into a new Level 1 named AozoraX.
However, after I checked everything, my Monster Index, Guild, Inventory, Messages
are still intact. My monsters and level are gone.

Additional info: When I'm at level 1, my exp from my Level49 still remains in my Level1,
it shows like 1650/10 exp. So when I do a quest once, I level up once. And my quest
started off from Zone 1 again, however everytime I quest on an area once, it completes
And goes to the second area, until where it's left off on my Level 49.

IF the ticket response said they are trying to work on it, then they are trying to work on it. I would wait for more responses on those tickets and emails.

To restore a character, it can take some time and may be longer than just a few days.
I'm sorry that your character is lost and I hope it is restored soon.

Half a month have passed since the problem and I still get the same replies.

Oh and, I had a different problem in the past and the reply was that
they're gonna fix it and ignored my ticket. But I fixed the problem myself.
Anyone gonna vouch that they are gonna fix my problem this time round?

Hello AxieX, we are really sorry about the delay regarding reverting your account to your old one. Can you please send in a new ticket and link to this forum post? We will definitely look into the situation to see if we can come up with a viable solution as soon as possible.

What rubbish. After sending in tickets and responses for the past 1 month
And now they give me this?

I've been saying that if the company can't revert my character to the one I previously had,
at least let me clear my character and start afresh.
This problem was caused by the company and nothing is done to solve it. And for 1 month?
Does this reflect on how efficient they are?

Oh wow, I should have received this like 3 weeks ago, so I don't have to bloody waste 3 weeks of my life to check on the tickets and forum everyday.

Hello, Thank you for contacting us! We cannot recover your old account. Once you completed the tutorial the second time, it overwrote all data. We do not have any access to the older account. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Secondly, it wasn"t overwrote because I finished the tutorial, my character just miraculously become level1.

AxieX, it would be best if you were to make these responses in the ticket. :\ You're not suppose to disclose information from the tickets on the forums.
