Just a quick comment at the end.
I would like to thank you all for your feedback (no matter what you said). We read every post in these threads, and quote many of you when we present this information to our management each month.
Some of the issues are re-occurring, and I as long as they are still a problem, I appreciate you reminding us that we need to improve. I wold also like to thank those of you that have told us WHY you like Aeria games, and that feedback is passed on to the GM Teams.
I have refrained from defining what 'service' is... because the reality is that you all determine that every day. Some of the comments made each month simply show that we haven't done our part to inform you (the customers) what Aeria games does, and doesn't do. So, even if some comments may have been off the mark.... thank you for pointing out that we haven't given you a good target.
