Crystal's cannot be transferred to another character.

have you tried refreshing the browser sometimes this helps

i've tryed buying crystal its been almost 16 hours and i've tried multiple times and waited forever but it wont load my crystal
it says my ap is loaded and there too
this is my first time buying ap is this normal?

I would try running the latest version of IE installed (in your case, it should be 10 if you've allowed Windows Update) and purchasing Crystal through there. Barring that, I would disable all plugins and try running a clean slate in Firefox. If that still doesn't work, you have two options:

a. Uninstall Firefox, update your Java, reinstall a fresh download of Firefox.
b. Update .NET, Java, and Firefox. Disable all plugins and attempt.

I couldn't find anything else google searching for ya.

Looks like you must buy more AP/Crystal to convert to use the rest of it up. If not calculated correctly when buying items there will always be extra left over too (i have some). Also don't forget there are some events where crystal is needed and possibly a low amount so if you have some extra lying around, it might be a good idea to save it
