You seem to understand the concept of syncing video with audio. Keep working on it. The free roams were VERY awkward. Both reasons being '"Red Name'' and lag. If you want to get rid of ''Red Name'' I recommend asking other experienced editors or just research more online. For the lag, it's best if you edit at a friends house who has a beast computer. If not, I suggest investing into an upgrade or just buy a whole new beast desktop - that is, if you're planning on becoming one of the SF's commuinity editors.
