I just hit 140 after a very long time of playing. And now i am wondering if mond monsters drop -10 armor and weps or the only way to get -10 weps and armor is to craft them from alot of pouches?
The best that i got so far was g5 for both weps and armor.
I could also move to tarian if those drop better things

No, the only way to get 146+ gear with -10 level requirement seals is via the Mondshine crafting system.

Ns armor/weap are -10 even in mondshine and almost all monster drop something for ns i belive ...

btw you can go in floraims cave to kill the lilith (140 lvl) and get some weap 145-10

there is no -10 gear after 140. Except weapon. Apparently there is a 157-10 daggers and 145-10 daggers but thats about it. Rest is lvl required gear. 160s 172s 155s 145s etc So what pimorez is correct. Only way to get gear past 145 is through crafted system.. i think

And i asume those 157 daggers need to be crafted also?

Yes, those have to be crafted as well. (Or you can lend a rental pair)
