Okay firstly when i tried to open AVA http://www.aeriagames.com/forums/en/viewtopic.php?t=1628541 that error happened. Now i did the solution given in that topic, now when i start launcher, click start game, enter m yaccoutn user and pass, and hit login, nothing at all happens. Now what?

AH i think i found problem, I noticed the file in the link through the topic is like 5.81MB.. Few minutes ago i used the installation i downloaded again into same folder.. i think that patched missing files like ava.exe and now i check, the new file there after using installation is 6.25MB.. I had the problem in the topic before this and it worked back then but now it doesn't so i think the difference is the most recent patch. Not sure but its my findings.. currently game is patching so i'll post back here when i get the chance to check it.
