as u see that attack wasnt meant to just get the corsair, but kill everything in it...
unless u think aquila corsairs need 43 bc to capture.... concerning his rank i dont think he wasnt aware... also when tried talking in wc, he acted like nth happened, so i guess an apology mail wasnt even considered...

It's been agreed many times that as long as we do not break your overlord during that time, same with ge should they be in the lead, then it is not a violation.
