amylee is right, you should send a ticket to the billing department.
I'm not sure whether or not you already know how to send a ticket, but just in case:
1) Scroll down this webpage and click on Contact Us
2) In the next screen, choose either Billing
(mid screen) or Billing Inquiries
If you have done this correctly, you should be at this screen right now:
Fill in your information, state your problem and send it in.
To check for replies from the staff, go to either your own e-mail inbox (the one tied with your AeriaGames account) or go to My Tickets
(after pressing Contact Us you will see that option on the left side).
