Reality Check

I am a long time Aeria games member and a long time aeria ap spender. lately i have been feeling Severly shafted, This is not a post to whine and complain, though I will alot rather to inform aeria of dwindling population.

in the past 3 weeks 5 of my guild members who where avid ap spenders Have RAge Quit over the Altar, One spent $150 in ap with 400 something EC and not one pair of Etheral wings, Down one went, Another spent $40 and with primes going down and down in price eneded up with no gold at all, Rage Quit, There are more stories

I myself dropped $50 on the Etheral Altar and rolled sold primes, bought Ec, Sold Primes bought EC, rolled at least 175 ec, and no etheral wings I was peterbed, but if i had not been so determined i would have ended up with some gold so what ever,

I bouht $50 in ap yesterday, may i not mention that the Tiered is not only the Worst there has ever been, but you decressed the amount of EC in tires, and Decreased the amount of real prizes in it. I myself rolled 120 EC from this $50 and i recieve 1 might I mention 1 prime from altar the honrs that absolulty everyone else had.

i have noticed that the altar is getting tighter and tighter, Watching the Scroll and my own crystal rolling, the Prime feamle outfistare not even dropping, let alone to mention the fact that you are now putting Greens in the Altar, Making the Altar worse, the Tierds Worse, whats worse is to spend $50 and get 500g from it It is appauling,

I know you have to make money, but far to stingy with pixelated items that require no production, as well as its stupid to think you dont have control over how often the altar drops, items and when.

All gambline apparatus in Casinos are Rigged everyone knows it, Its stupid to think that this is not as well.

I am just coming here to tell you people are dropping like flies, not just from this game but from Aeria itself. I love aeria and rage quit myself when kitsu was discontinued after a year, Please do not make me continue to reget my choice to come back,

I know people are gonna post Altar is a Gamble, I just dont want to hear it anymore. Its not a gamble when youved dumped 500ec, into an altar over 3 week period and pulled out 1 prime, Its rigged.

Just sell or trade the EC's for the primes...
Thats my 2 cents from a non-gambler.

The problem with that is the only real way to get EC is roll the the EC loot Wheel, and 3/4 of the EC you get off of it are NT

True, that's why I buy guarantees, I don't know, my advice is simple, if you don't like the gamble then go for the 100%'s something where there is no win or lose, generally you break even with what would have been from taking a chance.

like the original poster posted its not a gamble anymore its rigged. The altar became even tighter lately. 300 ec's made it to top tier a few times but still no luck. The primes arent even selling well lately. I know that the top tier or 2nd to top is hard to get we understand that gamble. But let's face it altar is rigged its not a gamble anymore if you down 200+ on it and only get a prime or two. He's not really complaining about the gold he lost i think its more of the odds are getting slimmer and i play the altar alot past months i've only passed on the altar like 2x and because they were extremely horrible

Imo, if the odds are known to be that bad then it is considered giving money rather than spending, especially when gambling for "pixelated items" that have no use irl. You could try and say that you are supporting the game by "spending" on these items, do you believe they support you just as? Then why keep giving them 100% guaranteed currency for 0.72% at any item?

If you feel the item is worth every penny then keep spending on it, no regrets.
If you feel the item is taking long to acquire, common sense should stop you, no complaints.
If you just have to obtain that pixelated item for whatever reason, then unfortunately for the people who dislike the system, nothing will change in their favor.

I hate to be the one to tell you this but, if you don't like spending REAL money for a low chance of getting something, don't do it?

We all know that the Altar has really low rates, so acting bewildered over it won't change anything.

As an alternative, why not just buy the Crystals in-game? This way you're not losing real money.

You can't be really that mad for dropping money on a game. This game is FREE to play, and therefore no one is forcing you to spend real money on it, that was of your own free will. So before pointing this out to others, think if it's really necessary to pay money to get items.

That being said, here are some more alternatives on getting Altar prizes.

  1. Buy the prizes in-game.
  2. Trade ECs for the prizes.
  3. Buy the prized instead of ECs.

Hope this helps.
