To redeem your GM Seal Upgrade! (If you chose it via the HEALER STRANGE WAND PLACEHOLDER):
1) Label your ticket "April 28th-29th GM UPGRADE TIER!"
2) Leave the STRANGE WAND PLACEHOLDER as the second slot in your inventory!!
3) Write the GM's a ticket that links to this thread, and tell them which Seal Skill you would like upgraded (You can only choose ONE, they are listed above!). REMEMBER, you already need to have your seal skill upgraded to the MAX to use this service!

It says ONE seal on ONE accessory meaning if you have a 112x5 and choose to use this item it will become a 112x4 hr + 150 hr.

or perhaps 1 random/selectable prize per tier,like usual ??? very misleading if not ALL...

Wow..its very expensive to have the best gear here. If you wanted to have just one
accessory that is HR 150 x 5 then according to this tiered giveaway you woud need to spend 75,000 in AP to get the 5 wands to unlock the 5 7th seals. At 24k AP per $200 spent you end up
spending somewhere around $630 ......crazy.

It's so nice to see how they're listening to the concerns about AP Items having a bad effect on the game, the ever increasing gap between AP and non-AP buyers, and the concerns regarding overpriced AP Items. Sure, just have a $150 tier flooding the market with even more overpriced AP items that are only destroying the economy even more. Why do things within your control to actually HELP some of the game's problems, right? That would mean work would need to be done, huh?
