Since Yesterday all the three servers stays red...I have reinstall it but nothing has changed same problem can someone help me :/ ??

check if your firewall isnt blocking 12sky2 (in control panel), reset ur router and try to use CCleaner application. you got some connection problems, it also may be caused by ur internet provider.
