When I hit the "Launch Game" button everything works fine but then after it shows the aerian games logo the screen goes completely black and the game wont come up. Please HELP ME!

Does your computer meet the requirements?

Anyway, click START and type dxdiag on search. Copy the system information, create a ticket and paste the system information on the ticket.

I have a question.
is the cursur still there for the mouse?And can you move it?
If so then that means your game keeps crashing.
If not then mabey while downloading patches/updates a file got corrupted?
(please bear in mind i'm not a 'techy' and only have my own experiences to fall back on.)

launcher DWO => launch configuration => play media => play movie - OFF
just try some of my friends had same problem ...
