Been gone for awhile question reguarding hacked accounts

So, is aeria restoring accounts that have been destroyed by kita yet or are they still ignoring the fact and denying it's existance? Im really getting pissed now. My guns were sold january 28th and still no help has been given.

No, they're not denying Kita's existence. They're actually attempting to take action against her. (see this thread.)

As for your other question.. well, I have no idea. You may want to send a ticket or wait for a more experienced Aeria member's response.
