How to finish or start this quest, "After you speak with the Lord Governor, send an army into the instance to defeat The Initial Expedition: Captain Phoenix."????

you select the first instance the lord governor benard has by clicking on it, sending your troops in with a hero, and attacking Captain Phoenix.

I see it says to click on "instance" but it is not a link. The work is highlighted but nothing is there. Is it somewhere in a different window that I need to find this "instance"?

the instance is the dungeons..the second dungeon has the captain phoenix as boss..you have to pass this dungeon to complete this mission..
