Official Reply: You should send a Ban Appeal Ticket to Aeria Games & Entertainment if you think you've been unfairly banned from the game and you haven't broke any of the ToS rules.
Otherwise, bans are not to be discussed in the Forums.
What is APEX_BAN?
APEX is a anti-third-party-software system that starts scanning your computer for possible threats (hacks are the most obvious), although sometimes this system makes mistakes like "thinking" that usual software like Google Chrome, iTunes, TS3, Ventrilo, Mumble and some more are "hacking" softwares that you are "using" at the moment, that's why it's recommend that you disable all those softwares before logging in to your WolfTeam ingame account.
CrookedStar2 more detailed explanation:
When you log into wolfteam the program scans your computer for active third party programs. Like: Google Chrome, iTunes, TS3, Vent, Mumble, and more. If it thinks one of these programs are interfearing with the game, it will place a three day ban on your account. ( If this happens, remember to send a ban appeal here at Contact Us. ) To prevent this from happening. Here are some steps I recommend to ensure that you are not banned again. The first step you can take is to uninstall Wolf Team, delete the folder it was installed to which can generally be found under C:\AeriaGames from "My computer" and re-install it in case the program may have been modified in any way. I would recommend downloading: Ad-Aware: Lava Soft Spy-bot: Safer networking Spy-ware blaster: Java Cool Software and running the program to ensure that there are no spyware present on your system as hackers can use this to steal account information. Be sure to also run a virus scanner to make sure that there are no backdoor programs or viruses which can record your account information. If you do not have a virus scanner on your computer, you can get a free one from this link below: AVG Antivirus Anti-virus Or you could try opening your system processes in your Task Manager, and removing the ones not needed to run the game!
