Okay, I got the main quest for attacking marauders and I missed my chance to attack them (no units at that time lol). Now they have disappeared and no more seems to be appearing over the last several days. What should I do?

I had to drop abandon the task entirely to continue, since it puts a roadblock an attaining further tasks. even in the description it says to act quickly because the wilderness becomes scarce as time moves on.

yeah but it seems i cannot drop this quest? idk why but it wont let me at all, i've tried the past couple of days

go to dumont, and select the quest and click abandon.

If that does not work to go your quest log(bottom bar on the screen), and abandon it from there.

If you miss the wilderness it never ever respawns.
so make sure you don't forget to kill it.

dumont didn't give it to me, owen or someone did, it's a main quest in the sire missions (even has a (main) next to it). I can't abandon it from the log menu so idk

You very well may be stuck unable to complete that task. It does say in the task to do it fast and there is a timer on the wild so you know how long they will last. Being unable to abandon it to do it over may be a but or it may be intentional. Please use the "contact us" link at the bottom of this and almost every web page on AGE and select game support to contact a GM about the issue and they can assist you if there is a way to restart the quest or not.

One thing I have noticed, even being new to this is.... There is several people asking you to do the same quest for the marauder type or stronghold type wilderness. Have a look and make sure you have abandoned the quest with them all. That may help in clearing it of your quest lists.

And I'm pretty convinced that any wild conquered should result in the quest being completed. It's possible it's level-locked or something
