I was wondering since Golden Age has 4 server,can I submit the form 2 time so that I can win for 2 of the server?

We will only be able to pay out on a single server for each account that is noted on the official form.

Sounds like something may have been corrupted during installation. Try uninstalling ignite and then grabbing another install from our website and have it run again.
