I currently have an Aeria Fun Card I have already payed money for. I can't use it because the Buy Ap feature has been suspended on my account. I know it is only the Ap feature that is supended. Because I am able to login using this account just fine.

What is this Trasaction/Order Number it keeps asking for? I'm pretty sure I don't have one since I haven't made any purchases online.

You're on a trial period with buying AP, give it 5-7 days and you should be able to buy more and spend them.

if you have been inactive for more then 60 days which i have a feeling you have been they auto hold your account so send in a ticket about it and should be fixed within the next couple days depending on what needs to be done

i got the answer I needed and can now purchase Ap.
