A Direct Contact with GMs

A chat box where you are able to "wait in line" to contact a GM.

there is already a feature to have a direct contact with a GS (check this for details). they can assist you whenever they can. For GM related problems, it is better to keep it at emails because some problems take more time ( for example a hour ) to solve it.

Shame that half the GM's on shaiya don't even have friend requests let-alone comment boxes or these unique chatboxes <8P
