Ignite is meant to act as a portal to all games. The excerpt taken from the agreement states that any gathered information will only be used to improve the client and general game play. I see no harm in that. Instead, I find it very useful in making sure that the community does not experience as many hiccups.
Also, if you have any feedback regarding anything in the agreement or Ignite in general this is a great place to do it

Nothing is being dodged. I appreciate the time you've taken to provide feedback on this matter. However, Ignite
will take a bit of work as far as attempting to meet the needs of all users - just like with any game being patched. That being said, I hope you don't think your posts as "not [being] worth [the] read" - we are not here to evaluate the worth of your posts, but instead we are here to make sure Ignite continues to improve.
