Guys 2 weeks ago i bought crystal and got Boxing Bear I Bought 500 Crystal Yesterday it was 500 but now it is 160 i swear to god i didnt use even 1 crystal!!!

WTF Is Happening to me i closed my laptop after some while turned on Crystal Saga now im at75 Crystal WTF IS THIS???

have you tried sending in a request ticket at contact us? Here or might want to check your ingame spending of ap to maybe see where it went you can access that under AP usage history which is a drop down menu from where it shows the amount of AP you have left

After reviewing try changing your current password, it's possible that someone have accessed your account and spent the cash instead of you.

In my opinion one of the following happened:
a) You set up the AFK mode on auto buy AFK/EXP x2.
b) Someone accessed your account.

Ya I turned on AFK And it was gone u can see my inventory I still didn't get anything from it and ya I'll send a ticket.

If you did set the feature auto buy/use, then each hour it will auto-buy the card, this mean the item is going to dissapear and you'll get a new one each hour. This is until you run out crystals to buy the item.

So if that was your case, your crystal were spent by you and no one else. Try submitting the ticket and explaining the situation.

Received the ticket and working on the issue...
