There are a large amount of tickets being submitted to us with incomplete information. When writing in a ticket for your particular issues please be sure to include the following.

Your Aeria Account ID and the in-game name of your character.

If you do not include your Aeria Account ID when writing in for support, this will slow down the amount of time it takes to resolve your particular issue.
