I purchased some AP for my account. I had an battlefield heroes account already created and with 2 characters on it. When I tried to redeem points onto it, it said that I did not have any characters. It's so annoying, I spent $21 on the Aeria Points and I can't even redeem it. Please Help.  

You must use an EA account that was created through us (and as such linked). Only then will you be able to purchase funds using your AP.
