u can see the power in the screen shot provided below



and yeah it does x2 dmg same like Double strike for assasin

I believe it's either a weapon or armor skill.

and u can drop that weapon in Raid ( altar of darkness)

Monster name which drops : Deviant brotherhood guide.

Hi I have a 166 Ranger and I dont have that skill or ever even heard of it, and that box looks like the drop down box in skill stat's when you mouse over a skill.

I would like to know for sure just how you get that skill.

With this skill and a MP steal you always have full MP in PvE. I used it from 166-175 on seekers and it was alot faster than using Piercing (even when having them all in a line). It can also be useful in PvP, for example on DCS where all you actually have to do is run in, kill someone who is on crystal and run back to stairs.
