Hello GunZ players,
There has been some confusion as to how to report hackers when submitting a ticket so we are here to clarify the issue.
If you submit a video of a hacker, it will not be accepted as evidence against the player.
You must submit the replay file (.gzr) in order for us to investigate and take any action. There are specific key elements that we will not be able to spot in a video that we can see more clearly in a replay file.
For clarification a video will not show us things such as under/overclocking (limiting or increasing your movement speed to gain an advantage over other players) or their health if god-mode is on and they are being attacked.
To record a match when you are playing press F11.
Once you have finished recording press F11 again to end the session.
The replay file will be sent to your "My Documents" Folder.

When you are ready to report the person, please submit your ticket here.
http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/support
Fill out the form with all the requested information including the hackers name.
Once you have done so you will receive an email in your inbox (the one that is
associated with your Aeria log-in) with an automated response telling you that
we have received your ticket.
Please reply back to this email "attaching" the replay to the email. Click send and
we will have received the gzr file in the ticket.
DO NOT USE MEDIAFIRE.
Be sure to rename the replay files to the name of the hacker as this will
speed up the investigation process.
Regards
