WTF?
I just buy the point using moneybookers then sudenly i got meassage at my email saying
** Notification of purchase suspension **
Your account has been placed on temporary hold (Suspension) for purchases. For security purposes, please contact us immediately at: http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing and select the issue type 'My account has been place on temporary hold for security purposes'. (Account verification may be required) wtf is this?? i create a ticket but no replay at all
the money has been deduct at my moneybooker account!

Enough time has gone by, has this issue been fixed? ometimes, generally on your first purchase through a few vendors, Aeria has a security type feature that does alot of verification. Generally it's only the first time, after that it goes through immediately. If it hasn't gone through by now I suggest another ticket.

Hmm, I know you probably don't want to hear this but the only answer I have is wait it out until Aeria gets that ticket. Hopefully it doesn't take too long.

you might want to try out another account while this is going on.

as for the problem, I suggest no till the end of the year(2 weeks) and then try again.
