I think I've heard that other people are having the same problem as me in that I bought some G Coins a week ago using PayPal and they haven't appeared in my account. The payment is always completed instantly, and every other purchase within the last 4 years has also been instant.
My issue is, after submitting a ticket and resubmitting it, the billing team have given me no response. Another ticket I made about an IOTD issue was responded to swiftly and resolved well, but my billing enquiries seem to be specifically being ignored. Has anyone else received a response through that ticketing system or is this happening to everyone? I don't know what else I can do to contact them.
