Am I Being Ignored?

I think I've heard that other people are having the same problem as me in that I bought some G Coins a week ago using PayPal and they haven't appeared in my account. The payment is always completed instantly, and every other purchase within the last 4 years has also been instant.

My issue is, after submitting a ticket and resubmitting it, the billing team have given me no response. Another ticket I made about an IOTD issue was responded to swiftly and resolved well, but my billing enquiries seem to be specifically being ignored. Has anyone else received a response through that ticketing system or is this happening to everyone? I don't know what else I can do to contact them.

Hmm, don't contact Ijji. Just submit a ticket to Aeria Games.

Be sure you submit a ticket to Aeria and not ijji; They will respond when they get to your ticket. The ijji support system is out of use afaik.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I DID submit both tickets straight to Aeria and have been ignored for 6 days now.

Well I asked for an item that I did not receive from the soccer IOTD and they said they could not fulfill my request. Hope they get back to you :/

What? How can they do that? They sold you something that didn't fit the description? So it's up to them to resolve it or provide a refund.

I wasn't given the hair for the soccer set which i would gladly trade in for all the bandanas. Rastalocks are the best.

I'm sure this is happenning to alot of people, and patience should be needed.

If you think about it 4-6 people cant handle this much at once cause of the payment.

Well I missed out on all 3 big IOTD's I wanted and also finishing off my reward points for the money to earn 100 free g coins, which will now be unusable since we won't be with Ijji by this time next month.

Patience is fine, being ignored and missing out on the things I wanted is not.
