New to Eden Eternal

Hey everyone!

I heard a bit about this game from a friend and wanted to test it out!
If there's any tips that you guys can provide me, I'd appreciate it.

And is there any classes that you guys recommend for beginners?

Hi, welcome to EE! Smile

I recommend checking out the Stickies & Information Forum and the Class Guide Forums for important info and some great class discussions.

As for which classes to choose, I usually tell new players to try out different classes to level 25-30 and see which ones you are beginning to like the most, then focus on 1-2 of them. Personally, I like Hunter for solo/DPS and Bard for groups/AOE. Smile

I'll give you the same advice I generally give to new players: join a guild that you enjoy. Guilds are an essential part of the gameplay in EE, and can give you advice, and help out with tough dungeons. Guilds also become an important part of the crafting system in the later-game.

As for classes, it depends on how you like to play. Go with cleric if you want to heal yourself. Go with a tank if you want to be able to take hits. Go with a dps if you want to kill things quickly.

My personal favorite classes are mage and cleric~ been using them since I started and I still love them

Level as many classes as you would like. You'll gain certifications from each class and combine these certs to make your character stronger. Join a guild - preferably an active and friendly one. Doing so will hopefully allow you to experience the game better in the long run, especially Territory Wars.

Having multiple classes will also add what you can do in Dungeons. But for now focus your main as you are new and don't rush! I rushed as a low leveled and had to go back to 3 low level dungeons to do lvl 50-55 trials. EE is a good game you'll enjoy, make a lot of friends, and don't forget to have fun Razz

As a new player I like to focus on one class for 1p questing and one for friendly dungeon builds, just a thought
