Bacon Bombs.. FTW - end of discussion..
Here is how to make em.. if you get lost.. youtube 'bacon bomb'
Sausage meat (or lean beef aka hamburger)
Spices, Herbs ect
Prepare a good sized area in which to work, make sure its clean..
Lay down some cling wrap and sprinkle you fave herbs n spices on it maybe a little brown sugar too.. then lay down your bacon on it in a lattice formation 5 strips by 6 for example.. varies depending on how many strips you have, once done layer your sausage meat on top of it. Consider the sausage meat like a meatloaf of sorts, add an egg and some chopped onions, tomatoes ect, mix BBQ sauce in it too. roll it up within the bacon sheet, use the cling wrap to roll it (otherwise it falls apart). Throw it on the bbq for 3 hours.. occassionally add sauces to the top.
At 3 hrs.. remove cut and enjoy.. **** yah its fattenning.. but taste it is to die for..
