I played this game a while back and the arrow key thing is what forced me to leave because I was forced to use WADS which is physically uncomfortable for me as it forces me to twist my back and place both hands on the left of my keyboard. So some of my new friends were playing DWO and I was thinking "Cool, this will give us another game to play together on." So I re-downloaded, installed, and patched the game. I figured surely they've enabled arrow keys by now.

I don't see why the devs hate arrow key so much. It's my choice, it doesn't offer me any advantage and it's not cheating. Can we please in the future have arrow keys unlocked because the config app will not let me set them to my movement functions... Which is unfair and painful.

Alot of games now adays uses wasd keys. If anything, you could try playing with a game controller instead.

Gamepad is even worse for me. I tried it last time. Alot of games also give you the option to change your bindings I don't see why they refuse to let people do that. Because for people like me I grew up in the arrow keys days so that's what I am used to.

I'm just making a suggestion. I would assume you'd create a game that can accomodate everyone. I don't why they are forcing me to either use wads or not play. That seems coutner productive to me.

Strange...I have been playing with arrow key since the close beta infact I also map the control to how Dw4 hyper control is.Arrow key can be auto used of movement key so is like there is 2 movement button in keyboard : p

Do like other says and remap the control at the configuration.My setting that similar to how dw4 hyper is : p

Did you not read the part where I said I can't map it to my movement keys. I played DWO before I don't remember it allowing me to use arrow keys for movement.

There is no options to map movement key to arrow key, but...the game already make arrow keys the movement keys, whether you map it or not.
I can only see 3 reasons you're making this thread:
1. You didn't even try using the arrow key to see that it already work and there is no need to map them.
2. Your arrow key don't work (perhaps your keyboard is non-standard?).
3. You want an unconventional way to control with arrow key (for example press left arrow to move forward).
